The First Presbyterian Church of Monroe is proud to have been a part of the Monroe Community for 150 years and we look forward to serving our neighbors for years to come. We celebrated our anniversary on September 24, 2023 with past and present members, neighbors, and friends with an afternoon of fun and fellowship.
The celebration began by praising God for His love and mercy through the years during our Worship Service. Following Worship, we enjoyed a meal together and time for fellowship while the kids played in a Bounce House, played games on the front lawn, and had their fill of Kona Ice. Inside, those who were interested enjoyed learning more about our church history and current opportunities to serve the kingdom. We hope this time was spent in fun and fellowship while we celebrated this amazing milestone, made possible by the grace of God.
